DYNAMIC MOVEMENT CLASSES
CONTEMPORARY BLEND This all-levels class plays with rhythm, showing emotion through movement by using simple exercises and progressive technique. Class will begin by focusing on proper alignment, body weight exercises, and motion through the spine, torso, and pelvis. We will learn short phrases, explore dynamic movements, travel through our space and hit some floor work. At the end of class, our efforts will be combined into a combination where you’ll get to put what we’ve learned to music and have the opportunity to enjoy the freedom movement brings to the body and soul.
